Glad you got your truck back and fixed up. I have a hard time believing that every 2024 built has a connection that isn't sealed properly that will cause it to throw 4 different warnings. There's been a lot of snow and rain all over the states lately especially in CA where a lot of the trucks are. TFL did a whole road trip in the rain/snow. Not doubting your issue but if it's that widespread I think we'd be seeing a lot more of it already.
You could be right, but I will say that there is another thread in this forum with a similar (or possibly the same) issue with their front grill shutter. Small number of trucks so data is limited of course.

Just got the truck back from the dealership. They claim that the issues (4 different warning notifications) were caused by the connection for the front radiator grill shutter getting wet. Dealer said the 'cap' they use to seal the connection is not watertight and that caused the problem. He implied that this was an issue with how the trucks are being made, not just a one-off for my vehicle. The dealers fix was to seal the connection with a marine sealant. If this is the case Toyota is going to have to fix this, i only had the car for a few days and the water likely came from the car being washed prior to delivery, not even a heavy rain.
Is it the little sensor that is mounted near center above license plate bracket behind the grill and before the shutters?

I agree, my 3rd day of ownership about 3 weeks ago I drove close to 200 miles in whiteout snow conditions. No issues other than the annoying message that kept coming back about the front radar being blocked due to snow built up. Yesterday I drove throw torrential rain for close to an hour. Something doesn’t add up, not doubting OP at all just maybe isolated incident.

I’m going to crawl around the truck tomorrow see if I can ID the connector in question.

I’m guessing that’s the sensor that detect a the air temperature that controls the shutter. It clearly is a sensor by the looks of it. There are tons of connectors under these trucks and I am planning on checking all that I can this weekend to see if any are loose. I have 850 miles on mine and have driven it through some rough California rains these past couple of weeks and no issues so far. Will keep my fingers crossed. Here’s a closeup of that sensor.

thanks for the for the follow up. With all the QC holds makes me wonder if this could be related.

Time will tell but if the biggest problem for a first year model is a leaky connector, I'd be thrilled.
