Clearing “Oil Maintenance” notification

I’ve got 11,000 miles and have changed oil twice. I’ve cleared the maintenance log on the instrument cluster after each and have done it a couple more times.

However, I keep getting this message:

“Oil maintenance required, visit your dealer.” Plus the miles over 10,000.

How do I clear it?

Have you tried these steps?

• Turn on the vehicle (power switch to ON) but do not start the engine.
• Using the meter control switches on the steering wheel, navigate through the multi-information display:
  • Press and hold the "Back" button to activate the cursor on the central display.
  • Use the left/right arrows to scroll to “Settings”, then press "OK".
  • Scroll to “Vehicle Settings”, then press and hold "OK".
  • Scroll to “Scheduled Maintenance” or “Oil Maintenance”, depending on what you’re resetting, and press "OK".
  • Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm the reset.
