Both my family and I have bought quite a few Toyota and Lexus products over the years and feel pricing in generally standard (within $500) regardless of where we shop. Our local smaller market has less inventory so driving 100mi north or south for larger market dealers is normal. There might be "price leader" vehicle that comes along every so often but I think your in line with what others are paying.
When shopping for our Tacoma, the TRD or sport models averaged 10-12k (53-53k) over the 4wd SR5 we found. Was planning to install wheels and a small lift regardless so the SR5 made sense for what we needed. The rear locker would be nice but not worth the savings to me. Boils down to what fits your needs best.
As others have said, look forward not backwards on you decision and enjoy it.
