Custom Front Grilles for 2024 Tacoma 4th Gen (And More to Come)

Hey everyone, Alec from Cutting Edge Offroad here. My last taco was an 05 so it's been a while since I've sat in a Tacoma! Picked up this TRD Sport in underground last week, mostly going to be using it for R&D purposes. First thing on the list is knocking out a bunch of designs for custom grilles. I've got some basic designs drawn up already but have plenty more in mind. Aiming to post new renderings here at least once a week as there's a lot of styles I'd like to offer.

If anyone has input on a design they'd like to see, I'd love to hear about it! I made this installation 100% bolt-on, no cutting or drilling required. It's CNC laser cut from .100" 5052 aluminum with stainless steel hardware. Powder coated or painted the color of your choice, my standard scratch resistant matte black powder coat is likely the best option if you'll be doing a bunch of wheeling, trails, etc.

This does not interfere with the installation of the air shutter/air dam. I can do just about anything as far as colors, logos/pics, different lettering fonts, LED lettering, etc.

A few new styles available! Note that for trademark purposes I don't provide the retro Toyota emblems, but the grille will have mounting points for them. I do give the part number for the emblems in the product listing, they can easily be found online for fairly cheap.

Any future plans leveraging the 4G TRD Pro light bar design to mount a 10-20" aftermarket light bar in the grille inserts?

Looks great! Going to be a hard choice for me lol. I was dead set on getting the TRD Pro light bar grille on mine once they became available for purchase. Might have to flip a coin now.

For sure, I'm actually drawing up a few designs with light bars this week. Will post em up here once they're ready.

Got the new grille on my Tacoma this morning. Matte black powder coat with paint matched lettering!
