Decal Removal

I just used the 3m Runner wheel on my Black TRD Sport to remove the bed stickers. I did not remove the outer layer of the stickers first. Used a Dewalt cordless drill and removed both stickers in less than 10 minutes. It did not heat up the panel and you cannot tell they were ever on there. I actually removed the tacoma and 4x4 badges also, and it took much longer to remove the glue that adhered the badges to the truck than the stickers. The 3m wheel works fantastic. i was very surprised with the ease of removing the stickers and the final outcome. Would highly recommend.

I removed mine with just my thumb and some bug and tar remover after seeing multiple accounts of people hit it too hard with a rubber wheel.

Here's mine! Took the decals off. I was looking at this and thought it would blend nicely on my truck with underground gray.

I actually bought these grey decals for my Underground sport, but I’m hesitant to try to remove the originals. The grey decals look nice though and I think they would look better. Not a fan of the white OEM.

How did your method work out for you?

Worked out well - had to dedicate about an hour to get both sides done. Kind of a start and keep going until it's done.
