Purchased a 2024 Tacoma Offroad Hybrid Premium. I was disappointed that the dealer only gave a half tank of fuel and handed me the keys and did not bother to go over the vehicle. Truck is very nice. Own a 2016 as well and night and day for the better.

The Toyota PDI actually states that you should receive a full tank of gas on delivery, so I doubt that they did many of the other things on the PDI list either. Some dealers are just outright crooks.

Yes. That is correct. I emailed them and asked for a gas card….. No too pleased with Toyota dealer right now.

This deal I made took a month. We negotiated and finally made a deal last week with pickup Tuesday. No PDI form provided. I will go thru truck this weekend. Tire pressure at 44PSI which is 14 pounds more than what it should be. Tells me they washed it and that was it. I can tell you I got a great deal and will never go back to this particular dealer. Received 18% off SRP. No dealer adds and $495 fee. I think they made very little and just needed the end of month deal.

Yes, I agree - you got a good deal and you have the truck and the pdi details are not all that important. Some dealers treat customers well and some don't but once the sale is final you never need to see them again. It sounds like it worked out for you.

Congrats from a fellow New Englander. Sounds like they just wanted you gone but with that deal, you won. Hope you really enjoy it. Not sure where you are in MA, but I’m in Southeast VT and work in Greenfield and travel Western MA for work, and I have the Carista dongle and subscription if you want to use it to make any changes.

Hard to believe you got more than 10k off of the sticker, but anything's possible. I got 7k off with no dealer add on's, just straight MSRP. You keep stating SRP and I'm not sure it's the same thing? Is that MSRP + Dealer markup and add on's? That would make more sense to me. Don't mean to question, just curious since it's such an outlier.

Yes. MSRP. Toyota calls is SRP $58,089. No add on and a $495 fee. Should I post the deal And redact dealer and personal info? I am new to the forum so I do not want to offend anyone. Total off was $9,117.00 + $495. OTD was $49,500.

Thank you. I was looking and found a similar Carista with no fee. MX.
