Thanks for the summary elturco!

I just got off the phone with Dobinsons. Once I said "1000 lbs", he immediately went to the 821. I did mention that folks were running the 819s on 850-900 lb loads and still above stock ride height, but the discussion went to what elturco mentioned, that there's likely little to no spring travel remaining at that point.
Interestingly, the 819 is 10mm longer free height than the 821.

I prefer not to raise the front, at least not at this time. Seems with the 819s, I'll be ~23.5"-ish in the rear, but having little to no spring compression left is a concern. While I'd rather not have it much higher than stock, the 821s will theoretically be ~24"-ish, so ~1" higher than stock, which we can live with (we're short, so getting up and down is challenging with more height, but I do have CaliRaised sliders I need to install, which should help with entry/exit...not planning to rock crawl, but also want to be prepared in case I hit a trail with unexpected rough path).

Also, considering with the new springs, I shouldn't hit my bumpstops anymore, is there any advantage to getting the Timbren bumpstops?

That sounds about right but I think that you will still have to add at least 1 inch of lift in the front. Peak suspension has a top spacer that can do that for you. In theory, your truck should end up about 24.5+ish inches fully loaded... thats what I expect from mine with the 819s at full load (660 lbs) but my constant height is 25.25 since I only carry 330ish lbs. Hence my decision go 2 inches is to deal with the existing rake while not fully loaded.

Since you noticed, because I noticed that the 819 were longer than the 821s and I said ... "wait, is this right?" and I had to double check but it is right. The 819 are longer but the tube that the 821s are made from is thicker. I imagine that this is what helps carry the weight while retaining a similar height/weight ratio across their different SKUs.
