I don't think these add-ons are coming from the dealer. I'm pretty sure this is happening at the distributor level. Seems like all the first ones are coming with the same add-ons (Bedliner, PPF, Door Edge Guards, etc..) that add up to about $2500. I'm being told that this will calm down on the 2nd Allocation. I guess we'll see.

Correct, the distributors tell Toyota how to build them. Then they will add a bunch of port or PIO installed stuff as well.
