EKR Seat Covers - What's everyone's shipping times?

EKR are undeniably the most popular seat cover in the Tacoma world due to great quality a cheap price in comparison to other companies.

I bought some covers the other day on their website because they had a sale on I couldn't ignore and I've been watching for quite some time.

I bought on Sunday, and by Tuesday I realized my Gmail was stopping my mail and returning any mail as not delivered because of space issues. I messaged EKR support on Tuesday to make sure I didn't miss my tracking email (because their website states 1 day processing), and they replied 24 hours later saying it still hasn't been processed. It's Saturday night now, and still nothing...

This usually wouldn't annoy me, but posting a thread on Facebook I've come to find out many folks bought their seat covers on Amazon and had it delivered within two days. I'll give them the benefit of doubt because any orders bought off Amazon are fulfilled by Amazon meaning they had premade stock sent to Amazon to ship off, but still I'm really annoyed. Talking with another guy on Facebook, he's been waiting two weeks now for an email stating shipment.

Why would you put on your website one day processing when you CLEARLY can't meet those needs?

What's everyone else's experience with processing and shipping times with EKR? Because as of right now, I'm priming an email for Monday to get a full refund so I can buy from their Amazon shop. I'm annoyed.

Where abouts do you live? I'm really curious now, because everyone thus far I heard that ordered from Amazon got it with in two days.

I wonder if they stock pile on a certain make and make on order on other makes or something, or if it's region based.

Just can't wrap my head around some folks getting It within two days and other folks waiting two weeks or more lol

I want to praise them to the high heavens for making a great quality budget cover but they're making it awfully hard to recommend to future folks.

I live in Hawaii. Order placed Aug 30 and arrived Oct 12.
Just checked amazon and estimated delivery for an order placed today would be Feb 18 to Hawaii. Guess it just takes longer for shipping to Hawaii.

Noted, thank you, most Amazon ship times I see from my side in Canada is a few days from their fulfillment center. I sent them a fairly respectful email, hopefully I'll get a little more communication on Monday.

I'm not the guy to sit around and take it lol, I pay for a product I expect a product in a respected timeline, I'm sure the base shipping they forced on me will probably be a week at best as is, rather not have to wait 3 weeks for shipping too, different if they are custom made to each and every order.

I ordered mine off Amazon on December 24 and they were delivered January 6th. I live in Minnesota.

I ordered mine Sunday on their website and Amazon delivered it today. Tuesday. So it took 2 days. $145.
