The guy finally got banned. He was going off about 6 months ago right after joining talking all sorts of bad stuff about Tacoma and telling everyone about his Ford he was going to buy. I figured he was gone after that thread basically got closed and deleted because he made zero sense and was attacking everyone. Glad the admins got ride of him once and for all.

Now back to his list or anyone else's for that matter. I pay very little attention to most of these. They are just advertisements for the highest bidder and hardly "non bias". When I decide I want to jump into a new model etc I will do exactly what I did this time. Jump on as many forums and get real world experience. Also know that each forum will be heavily weighted and over blowing of issues that may or may not be relevant. End of the day you sift through all of them, apply a little common sense and gut and carry on with the purchase or move along to something else.

The Tacoma is just an SUV with a bed - much like the Maverick, only with insufficient legroom in the back row.

Let's be clear, the Tacoma is NOT like the Maverick. That's a car with a bed. It's a unibody not body on frame. It maybe has 1/4 of the capabilities.

Also, I don't mean to be rude, but if you're glad you didn't get a Tacoma, why are you here posting articles that are clearly negative towards the Tacoma?
