I took a chance and ordered these grab handles from Amazon. They come two to a pack.
They fit the passenger A pillar very well.
They are very sturdy and are a great solution over the OEM bump.
I still have to trim the covers to fit around the strap.

Interesting.
I definitely want to see what the trimmed pieces look like re-attached.
my wife struggles a little bit with it currently and if is a super clean finish then I may pursue it.
Good idea.

Got the bolt covers installed.
Top one I had to hot glue into place.
Top cover I had to remove one of the retaining clips to clear the strap.
Bottom cover was able to snap in.

They don't. If it was an issue. Toyota wouldn't have used bolts to retain the A pillar finisher.
The air bag is further back in the A pillar.
