How to install trailer brake controller harness on 2025 Tacoma built without it?

My 2025 Tacoma was built without the rear trailer wire harness's For (4 pin and 7 pin) the harness's arrived at the dealer and they handed me a box with four separate harness's. No instructions and they refused to install them.

Anybody have instructions on this?

So with this harness and the OEM button/controls you can buy from Toyota, can the OEM brake controller be installed? That would be primo!
