Had time to get the side steps on today and thought I'd share in case anyone is interested. Installation is super easy---- six 12mm bolts each side torqued down to 25.1 ft-lbs. The options out there for XCs are very limited on just about everything, so I went the OEM route for these. Overall, I really like them---- look nice and function well. The only complaint would be that I would have liked them to extend back alongside the bed more towards the rear wheels (added pic to show the area I wish they covered). Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

Looks awesome. I am going with OEM also. Ithinkthey are the right length..I've seen older Prerunners with steps for DoubleCabs and it doesn't look right.

Glad you found the post helpful. I have learned so much here and happy to pass along something someone else found useful. Good luck w/ your truck and whatever mods you decide to add.
