ISO single hoop-style side step that mounts on OE rock rails mounts

Looking for a single step hoop-stye that utilizes OEM rock rail bolt holes. Everything I've seen requires drilling of some kind.

I like those but the intention is to completely remove the rock sliders part of the year, and have a hoop that'll bolt on utilizing the factory bolt holes that the sliders use.
