There was a time...long ago, I was tempted on buying a Rubicon 392. I had an opportunity of driving a Rubicon Sport for a month (it's either that or a Corolla) when a wealthy tycoon rear ended BlueStreak (my 2nd Gen). Their wait list was even longer (approx 3 yrs) than what I had to endure for my Pro. Kinda glad I dodged that bullet...

Your diagram is totally meaningless. Did some Jeep guy hose on your parade?

It’s not my diagram. It’s a joke. Jeep folks probably have Jeep and Toyota reversed on the same chart.

I’ve owned many of the “insufferable” vehicles. It’s not that deep.

I'm glad it was a joke. I should not have responded so fast! There are buttholes in any car / truck group. I am new to Toyota and looking forward to meeting new friends and enjoying the truck. I do still have a couple of jeeps. They are good for a few things. ;)

I was actually thinking of getting a hunting duck decoy, painting it yellow, and putting in on my dash to get looks from Jeepers. (My duck is bigger than yours!) Seriously I was. This truck, I believe, is much better than the Gladiator. It is certainly more comfortable for "my size" body and looks a galaxy better.

All good bro. I love all off roaders. All in good fun. A Jeep will kick ass in the most hardcore stuff. There’s some mutual jealousy for sure.

I have them both, they both have their place and are both good at what they do. That being said . Unless it’s a Very Modified Tacoma it will not keep up with a Jeep.
