I 100% did not read the instructions! There are 2 ways, from below, dropping the lower control are or from above raising the upper control arm, I went from below because I figured the shocks were too long? Instructions say to install from above and you won’t need to loosen the lower control arms. That way you don’t need to mark the cams. Also the instructions say to spin the preload collars all the way up before installing.So maybe I need to tighten the preload collar at 1 inch to get two inches of lift? Trying to decide what size tire to go with. I love the look of the 35's but probably not all that practical for me.
I don't know this alignment cam trick you mentioned earlier either? Do you just mark before you do the suspension and then afterwards move it back to that mark?
