You need to get them to heat up some to form better. Try leaving them in direct sunlight for an hour and then install.
I’m in Arizona in 115 degrees so mine laid perfectly after a day!

From the picture you sent, it seems that the floor mat comes out of package with some bent or deformed areas, causing it not to lay flat properly.
This likely occurred due to stacking several pieces of mats together during storage and transportation, rather than being a defect in the product.

Could you please expose the driver-side mat and passenger-side to the sun for at least 5-8 hours and give us an update? This should help the mat regain its shape and lay flat properly for installation.
