It has been such a great tool and I believe many look forward to the updates! Maybe it is waiting for the Tacoma hybrid allocations before the next update - but it would be helpful to set the "update expectations" for the readers. If it never will be updated for technical or other reasons - I would like to know that too.

Doubt they know. Only thing this forum did was give the guy some money to put their logo on the tacoma sheet. My guess is something happened to the guy or toyota changed the algorithm he was using to strip to data from their site. All his sheets stopped updating around the same time.

2024 TACOMA DEALER ALLOCATIONS LIST

This is a Tacoma allocations list (U.S. only) updated daily and can be filtered for the 2024MY Tacoma. Also includes the equipped options and any ADMs.

Just looking at the 2024 TRD Off-Road, there are 968 allocations currently. A few deliveries already but most are into February.

Note: the list may take up to a minute to load as it contains so much data, so please be patient and don't keep reloading.

It's been about 2 weeks since I last updated these totals so this gives us two-week numbers. Unfortunately, after I started working on the latest sheet, it was updated again, so these do NOT include today's (1/30/24) data.

This took a lot of time, I'd appreciate if you please DO NOT copy/paste it without linking to this post here.

Everything in RED is a change from TWO WEEKS AGO (1/16/24 - SEE PREVIOUS UPDATE).

TRENDS:

• Allocations are picking up a lot. Previous weekly total was 610 new allocations. Now we have over 1700 allocations per week based on this two week total.
• ADMs are slightly lower but more vehicles are being marked up.
• We have a new ADM leader - $23,888 ADM by Toyota of Easley (SC) on an SR! I don't know if that's a mistake but it's wild.
• Allocations for Ice Cap are pulling away from Underground by a large margin, but Underground still leads in SOLD category.
• TRD Sport is both the most allocated and most sold model so far by a pretty large margin.

1. Added 2024 vehicles to the search, this has been up for awhile
2. Merged the dealers and inventory into a single dataset. This enables searching/filtering by state and dealer in on a single sheet. Huge quality of life improvement for all of us.
3. Seems like some of the ways the data is entered by changes year by year. If you narrow down to Tacoma there is 6ft Bed and 6ft bed. The latter is for the 2024 Tacomas.
4. This still only queries the inventory from toyota.com's search interface, not individual dealers. There will be discrepancies between the dealer search functions and this spreadsheet.

I put a deposit on a new Hybrid Trailhunter this week. My Dealer told me the allocations come out every Tuesday and that there will only be 16 hybrid's in first round of hybrid Tacomas shipped to New England. He said that despite Ernie Boch Jr calling on my behalf, I will probably not be in this first round. :-(

Allocation list is dead. There is an inventory list further up but does not show allocations.

FYI although it’s true a customer can not order a Tacoma spec the their, the dealership is allocated special orders each quarter. Mine was allocated today finally and it will be here in early July.
