This fixed my noise issue. I backed each Philips screw out about 1/8th to 1/4 turn while running the fan on high and the noise went away. I also checked on medium & low and the noise is gone. Thanks OP.
Between these over-tightened screws in the fan and the door panel under-tightened screws (for door rattle), something makes me think the torque drivers in mexico aren't set correctly.
