I've attached a video on the glove box divider. Handy item to clean up that awkward glove box design (awkward to me).

I tried one - for me doesn't work. It rattled, and when you put your hand in it (like to get that small yellow thing you put in the middle divider) and take your hand out, your hand gets caught on the divider sides as you take your hand out from what you were retrieving, the whole divider slides out of the glove box and then falls apart on the floor. For me it organizes if you never want to take anything out of the glovebox and your willing to listen to rattles. As you mentioned for some it works, for me I'd just rather have the messy glove box than having a mess on the floor of stuff every time I tried to take something out of it.

Mine is too wide. It doesn't matter which way I put it in. This is two I tried both are just too wide.
