Not 4th gen Tacoma obviously, but interesting direct comparison review of a 3rd gen vs the Jeep Gladiator, by a current owner of both. Worth a watch IMO

If this new Tacoma sits like a car, and still needs chopped up to fit a 33 I will be seriously considering a Gladiator. I wouldn't trust it as much as my Toyota, but I want to support companies that support what I want in a vehicle.

Gladiator owner here. At the end of the day you’re buying an American car and will deal with the issues down the road. I’m switching to Tacoma once the 4G hits the market. The gladiator has been fun but doesn’t seem like the best option for the long-term.
