And now I am home and it will not shut. Installing the old school latches to fix the issue now.

Assuming RSI sent replacements? I read somewhere they're now shipping the old style locks to replace all the new ones?

Yep. They sent me the old locks almost immediately in January after I got mine. At first the drivers side was always insecure. The old locks are bad ass but if you are inside cap they cannot be released. But you can unscrew them. It only takes 1 minute to take out the new and put in the old. The old covers are much better quality too. They said back then it would take six months to re engineer the new ones with newer ones. But the old ones are really well made. It’s not like they don’t have a jumping off point. I only changed the drivers side because the rest were okay until that happened while I was at work yesterday. My neighbor tried to close it and so did I. To no avail. But old ones in and it’s tight now.
