I bought it more for my Land Cruiser since it comes programed for one brand. I know it can't do everything Tech Stream can, but know it can what Carista can and more. It can initiate some service test options that Carista can't. I wanted to validate an Evap Fuel leak fix and wanted to initiate the test rather than wait days for it to kickoff on its own.

There really wasnt anything I needed to do to the Tacoma after setting up my truck. I showed the options earlier available. I haven't played with it.

If you have a specific question, maybe one of the others that bought one can add their experiance.

wondering in the “customize setting” you can turn off driving aids or at least prompts in the dashboard that reminds you every drive “you have so and so disabled”

I find the software on these trucks intrusive so looking to reduce that…
