OEM Exhaust Replacement. Did you do throw it away? Recycled?

I’ve noticed a few posts concerning people replacing the Tacoma OEM exhaust with either a TRD or aftermarket one. For those that have done this, what did you do with the old exhaust?

I tossed it in the trash. I did want to lug it around nor do I have the space for it.

For the time being, I'm holding onto it. Once I decide to part ways with it, I can probably sell it. At some point someone may need it more than me.

I want to throw it away but it seems like a huge waste but I don't know why I will ever need it and I'm not sure why anyone would want it.

I usually keep it, most of the time I trade-in when I get a new car. Mods add no value in that situation. So i will return the vehicle to stock. Then sell the mods on forums or social media.

Keeping you OEM stuff can boost the price on a trade or sale if you have the space to hold on to them. Maybe sell it or recycle it if you don't.
