Part Number, Thread/Pitch for Roof Rack Mounting Hardware & Rubber Plugs?

Toyota dealership parts didn't have any knowledge...what I'm looking for is mounting hardware for the roof's 2 front mounting locations. I'm getting a custom CFC fairing to increase aero with the GFC camper on the back, so either I find a light bar bracket that interfaces into the OE mount locations or I find the bolts, plugs, etc and fab what I need to bolt on a custom wind faring.

Anyone know of any vendors willing to sell just the interfacing hardware for the roof mounts? Or how about any companies that do light bars w/standalone brackets that provide the hardware without requiring a full roof rack?

The bolts are M6-1.0.

This is all I have for part numbers for the rack components. Doesn't immediately turn anything up but you can usually search around on the part sites and find something.
