Does anyone have experience with the ProClip phone mount for the 2024 Tacoma? I’m looking to mount my phone somewhere right in front of the AC vent, but I’m trying to avoid a vent mount because I don’t want it to break the vent blades.
There isn’t a lot of space for me to stick an adhesive mount to. The Proclip mount seems to use the ridges of the dash plastic to keep it into place. Then you can attach various phone holders to the mount. But I’m wondering how strong this is.
It’s also kind of an expensive solution. The mount plus holder could be $60+. I’d want the wireless charger option so that’s about $100. Just wondering if I should wait for more aftermarket’s solutions later on.
