Question about ARB metal rear bumpers

I see that the TRD Pro and Trailhunter models have a really cool metal bumper by ARB. When I look at the ARB website I see it is not updated after 2023 and thus has no categories of items for the new generation Tacomas. Does anyone know if you can buy one as an accessory through the dealer and have it installed on other models (seriously considering a TRD Off Road)?

I was rear ended so the cost was covered by the insurance. The bumper was $1750 from the dealer with the sonar.

Yeah, that looks good for sure… based on my experience driving 30k mile per year in ATL traffic, it won’t take long to get rear ended, so I’ll be sure to have their insurance pay for the same! Nice!

I had an ARB rear bumper on my Land Cruiser and the wings (side peices) were just bolted on and would bend up when hitting an obstacle. Several times I had to bend the wing back down. It was just bolted to the main section. Is this bumper 3 peices with the side wings? If so, any idea how well it is bolted together?

Do you have a record of what Harness you bought with it, I think its required.

It looks awesome. Same color as my Tacoma

There if you mean the plastic parts on the side, they seam pretty flimsy honestly. I will take a look at how they are mounted later as I didn't install the bumper.

As far as the wiring harness, the bumper comes as a kit from Toyota including everything required to install the bumper. I didn't assemble it so I don't know if my shop used the existing sonar harness or if there was a new one that came with the bumper. I know it came with new sonar sensors.

Bronze Oxide is the best color on the new Tacomas IMO, the only other color that comes close is Terra but the TRD pro seats and the lack of under seat storage with the Hybrid is a deal breaker

Thanks for the response. I was more focused on this bottom part. I figured the upper part is plastic to not obscure the sensor. The bottom wing is metal, correct?

Yes, That piece with the sensor is metal
