So Iāve been looking at a variety of different roof racks for my 4G Double Cab, Iāve narrowed it down (thatās kind of a joke since thereās no many brands now), without going to Amazon or Rough Country (while I donāt mind RC, Iāve had some build quality issues from them like with skid plates, MOLLE racks and A-pillar brackets)ā¦ the contenders are:
- Front Runner SlimSport
- upTop Kilo
- Victory 4x4 Evolution
- SXTH Element (pre-order but I have a connection and while they are a small company, they are exceptional and help the individual not the bottom line)
Most of these options have stayed under the $800 price point except SXTH ($950). If anyone has had experience or can offer a good solution, show me what you have, where you got it and how much. Light bars are not paramount bc I have KC ditch light (Flex Era 4), an S8 20ā in the grill, Diode Dynamics rock lights (keep being sold out but I have a friend with the company who took care of meā¦ no idea why they keep getting backordeeed EVERYWHERE), plus a second set for rear and sides and brand new S2 fogs.
