My wife and I both work in emergency healthcare and were unable to do Christmas Eve and Day together because of work. Tonight we finally got our day off together and had a delayed Christmas. It appears to be a mix of being poorly packaged (although both panels were wrapped in padded foam and bubble wrap so…) and kind of looks like it was used and returned before being send back out…

Rago has reached out and will be replacing it but there’s a wait now due to stock. No hassle from them so that’s good but definitely a bummer. Give yours a good look over and I hope they improve on how they pack these panels after this.

Hopefully they make it right but how does someone see that and think its good to ship in the first place.
