RCI 2024 Tacoma Skid Plate

I installed the RCI skid plate (Steel) over the weekend, and it was pretty easy to install using my motorcycle jack. The plate is well made and looks great. I’ll update my post in the future. I’ll see how it’s works out on the trail.

Looks good! Did you have to buy any additional parts for the install since you had a OFF-Road or was it just the one part.

I bought the same skid plate on the off-road hybrid and did not need a cross brace. It is heavy at 50 lbs, but can't imagine anything getting through it. Weird choice of Toyota to put the flimsy plastic skid plates on the off road. It did seem like the engine sits higher on the frame, so maybe the aftermarket skid plates are an over kill, but that is also kind of the point!
