Got my trailer hitch storage issue solved.
I used an RV bumper mount receiver and mounted it to the bed track.
Track inserts were found on Amazon.
Very solid too.
BTW. This won't work with the OEM receiver hitch. It is too short and the pin won't fit. Unless, you drill a new hole in the mount.

There are receiver hitch mounts available, but they are cheap sheet metal. Cost just as much as the RV hitch.
