Rev hang in manual 6 speed

Trd off road 6 speed manual truck . Every thing is very nice its just rev hang is pretty bad .. it’s impossible to shift fast ..

now days every manual car or truck u buy will have this problem . Companies are forced to do this for reducing emission and stuff .

just wanted to know is there any way to tune engine so to just disable this feature in truck ??

I would pay whatever to have this tuned to eliminate this rev hang. Annoying as hell.
