Running rear dashcam cable through middle of headliner via donelight hole?

Has anyone tried fishing a rear dashcam wire through this hole to the rear window for a rear facing dash cam as opposed to running it through the side of the headliner around the side airbags?

I was planning to do this on my truck, but its extremely easy to run across the top of the windshield and down the rubber trim to the back, i was thinking about doing a wire fish to the back for my new dashcam once i finally upgrade

itll be hard to go around the sunroof for me, and theres a few electronics on that side I believe, but I think it can be done

It shouldn't , but thats not 100%

There’s all types of foam blocking in the headliner. I just ran mine along the top of the headliner tucking it behind the airbag and pulling out the drivers side weather stripping taking it down to the threshold popping those out then pulling out the weatherstripping for the back passenger and tucking it along the headliner and placing it down in the middle of the rear panel of the drivers side.
