It just takes caution and giving yourself more time that you'd think, and it can be pretty fun!

When I was first driving we would take a truck or an old rear wheel drive car to an open, snowy parking lot and have some fun. It was basically drifting or driving on a skid pad and it taught you that you could still control a car when it lost traction, if you knew what you were doing.

Yea.. as a kid.. I definitely didn't go do this the first bit of snow we got.

Haven’t seen a flake of snow this winter up here in Canada. I’m sure it is still coming. About 40 deg. F. today and bright and sunny. Go figure!! The world is changing! Enjoy the white stuff people.

I think that’s a great idea and it annoys me when people call the cops on that. If anything you’ll be more set up for success than the people that call the cops.
