@Adam I have found myself switching in and out of 4wd pretty consistanly on the highways in those conditions. Traction has not been an issue but I have had a few time that ice got me a little puckered. Mostly going 35+. I do run the 4wd on some dirt roads as this trucks rear gets squirrly at speed so I agree that some weight in the bed would be ideal.

Finally got to try out 4Hi on some back roads a little north of my house. Handled steep inclines like a champ. Stopped at a nature trail to grab a pic.

Dry pavement, never. If i’m on a dirt road for a while, wet or dry, I put it in 4hi just to let it run. Sometimes I’ll even drop it to 4low for the same reason.

Had some snow here in Eastern Kentucky. Actually had to put it in 4X4 on top of the mountain because of icy conditions in a turning spot. Nice day for driving in the weather though!!

It’s a Trd Offroad. They had a pre owned silver one there with 15,000 miles on it also, but that didn’t have heated seats. They wanted 41,000 for that truck, and I ended up getting this supersonic one new for 6,000 more and it had heated seats, factory trifold hard bed cover, bed mat and the predator steps.

This truck does well when in 4x4 but definitely gets a little slick if I'm just using RWD.... Stock tires seem pretty good unless the road is total ice
