@Adam I have found myself switching in and out of 4wd pretty consistanly on the highways in those conditions. Traction has not been an issue but I have had a few time that ice got me a little puckered. Mostly going 35+. I do run the 4wd on some dirt roads as this trucks rear gets squirrly at speed so I agree that some weight in the bed would be ideal.

Finally got to try out 4Hi on some back roads a little north of my house. Handled steep inclines like a champ. Stopped at a nature trail to grab a pic.

Dry pavement, never. If i’m on a dirt road for a while, wet or dry, I put it in 4hi just to let it run. Sometimes I’ll even drop it to 4low for the same reason.

Plenty of icy roads this year, like this morning, but not a lot of snow. Had to snap a photo of when we actually have had snow here in central MN.

Can’t wait for some real NY snow to see what she’s really capable of. For now some driveway shots will have to do
