Yep, gone. I would’ve wrestled with this forever and probably tried to trade the truck in when I couldn’t find it…. Thank you so much dude!
Glad it solved the issue! Took me a few months and multiple dealer visits to diagnose.

Hello Guys.

I have a brand new 2024 tacoma trd off road also. The noise going over the speed bump and while full turn/ body flexing ( either going into a steep driveway or a deep dip/ turn) it clunks. 🤔

I love these graphics!! I haven't looked, but plan to add some to mine like my old trucks had. Where'd you get these?
Also, i suffer from the clunk going over speed bumps very slow. I added the icon strut caps for peace of mind. I might replace the front suspension at some point, we'll see.
*I'd like to add that I also suffered from a vibration at speeds above 60 mph. I found this to be due to insufficient bumpers between the Toyota roof rack and the roof. It's a TSB and if you take it in they will replace the bumpers with larger ones and the vibration goes away.
My beauty so far (stock vs handful of mods):

Sounds a bit different than the sound I was having, but had a similar clunking/clicking coming from the front during slow maneuvers and turning the wheel lock to lock - took it to the dealer yesterday and turns out it was the hardware on my skid plate for some reason causing that noise. They replaced the hardware, and the noise is gone.
This sounds similar to what I am hearing on my TH. It really only seems to occur when I am turning onto an uneven surface (curb step up into my driveway). Basically, when the body flexes a bit. It is a metallic sound. After driving into/backing out of my driveway several times and crawling under the truck, my suspicion was the skid plating as well. Did they simply replace the bolts and that solved it? That seems odd. I am about to pull the plate to change the oil soon. Planned to inspect under it to see if I have a bunch of sand/mud up around the bolts.

I had this same issue and took my skid off and put it back on and it seemed to fix the issue.

There's a thread on TW about this and it seems like that if the bolts are over torqued it will flex with the body and release (pop), so the fix seems to be to simply loosen the bolts a little.
