SR5 4x4 with 18" TRD OR wheels 265/70's - Upgrade spare?

I ditched the stock 17 SR5 wheels and tires and upgrade to some 18" TRD OR take offs.

If i bought a matching 5th wheel and tire, would it fit in the spare tire well under the bed? If not, what is the matching tire that I can fit on the stock spare to match the diameter of my new-to-me OR wheels and tires?

Odd, my OR has 17-inch wheels (265/70 R17 tires).
