Status change and when did your VIN number change?

That looks like the real deal to me. You should be able to locate it in the Toyota inventory and see the window sticker at this point. Congrats!

That is the VIN. It is assigned when your truck was released for transport. Now only 6 more weeks for transit time.

Still waiting for 2025 vin, seems dealers got sr-5,s then a bunch of sports , hopefully TRD Offroads next and my vin is in the mix, desposit down in november…fingers crossed

Is yours allocated or are they waiting to get an allocation? My dealer gave me the allocation VIN at least 6 weeks prior to build date. The allocation VIN disappeared from the Toyota site the day it was built. I called my salesman and he looked up my truck and then gave me the finished VIN.

yeehaw, things are a bit different in Canada so I'm not sure what info i can get, I ordered white and got white! after turning down two white trailhunters and a terra Pro

Was 6 weeks to NY, your in Nova Scotia. Unless they have made some serious transportation changes in the past 3 weeks, I would say it is gonna be about 6 weeks.

I think our trucks come in to Canada via Montreal by rail. "Released for transport" may mean it is ready to be trucked to N.S. I've found that the dealer is quite accurate when it gets nearer. If it was me, I'd be checking the lot daily....lol. My truck arrived on the Saturday prior to the estimated delivery week.

I think our trucks come in to Canada via Montreal by rail. "Released for transport" may mean it is ready to be trucked to N.S. I've found that the dealer is quite accurate when it gets nearer. If it was me, I'd be checking the lot daily....lol. My truck arrived on the Saturday prior to the estimated delivery week.

If VIN was just released and it says ready for transport, then it is ready for rail transport to the Port of Vercruz Mexico for deliveries on the East side. The vehicle carrier ship stops at Jacksonville, FL then Baltimore Maryland then Port of New Jersey. Not sure if they rail from NJ or continue to NS. I know vehicle carriers gp into NS all the time, but not sure if Toyota does. Toyota has a large new facility in port of NJ for the POI add ons.

I can tell you that the truck will definitely not go rail from Mexico to NS.

I believe they go by rail to Montreal and then by truck to Nova Scotia. I don't think Canada has the same VIN process..with temp VIN and permanent VIN.. We don't get as informed as you guys. We don't get any POI add ons...if you want add ons it happens at the dealer.

I've told them to send me video or location of the truck landing because I'm going to see it, he says it could be here any day, even this weekend, no ETA at this point, he called me in for the credit approval yesterday
