Would the non kickout step edition have enough room for kids 5-10 to get a secure footing climbing in and out? I'd really like to put these on my Pro but one website i was looking at stated fitments issues with the Pro, is this correct?

If you plan on using them as a step we would always recommend getting the kick out however, there still is enough room for footing without the kick out! As far as fitment goes there shouldn't be any issues with the Pro models!

Ordered the step edition sliders with kickout (powder coated with bed liner step), they arrived, and due to holiday travel, business travel, and cold weather, they are finally installed after months of sitting in garage! They look and work and work great!

The build quality of these are top of the line. Mine will be out of powder coating tomorrow for my 25' Pro. Going gloss black and cockpit red

Just picked up from powder coat, high gloss black and TRD red. Hopefully get them bolted up tomorrow. After putting the tread plate on it seems the front will be raised somewhat. They curoed a bit during the baking part of the powder coat. I may have to weld a tab on the bottom.side or just tack it with a weld. I didn't think about this or I would have done the red linex coating on the treads. I'll see how much it bugs me and may price using them as a pattern and having 2 new pieces cut out of a few gauges heavier material vs ordering replacement pieces from Cali Raised

Does anyone know if there are any torque specs for these bolts? It looks like the install uses 0.5" and M10 bolts. I have a message out to @Cali Raised LED and will post back once I hear, but just thought I'd ask since I know others have already installed.

The closest info I could find was 30 ft-lbs for RCI sliders, but it looks like that hardware might be M8.

I went with 2 ugga and no dugga's when I tightened mine. The tread plates have lock nuts the others im just gonna rattle them in. I will be using anti sieze on the bolt threads though. Figure will prevent rusting threads if anything

@BearTacos I'm looking forward to seeing that red after installation!
I'll post pics Saturday, I'm going to install them tomorrow morning. The 275 70r18 Goodyear MT will be getting installed sat morning. I really wanted these to help with the gravel getting thrown onto the sides of truck
