Tailgate cargo support

Anyone seen the awesome feature on the Chevy/GMC trucks where you can prop the tailgate to the wheel well height to support long cargo?

Does it look like the Tacoma could be tweaked to also do this somehow?

I have used Gate King products on a previous F150 and Silverado for hauling my dirt bikes. Works great. A little pricey but very functional. Does the same thing but has multiple positions.
