Tailgate issues - not closing after rain or car wash

Hey guys I have a TRD PRO I have noticed that after it rains or a car wash my tailgate doesn’t work going back up to close. Just wanted to know if anyone has a similar issue. I’m going to the dealer Friday and see what they say. Just wanted to know if someone found the cause.
