Toyota please make a RWD version of the Tacoma, a lot of people don't need 4WD and it adds cost to the price.

They do make 2wd and 4wd. Is there a trim you want that you can't get in 2wd?

I agree as well. I would also like to add Toyota please continue to make the access cab with a six foot bed because some people actually buy trucks to haul stuff. Oh and please offer a spectrum of colors because some people prefer other than white, gray, or black.
Fortunately Toyota is doing a better job than most with offering these options. I look forward to the redesign because my current Tacoma will be almost 20 years old by the time they are available. Then I will have a hard decision to make, buy a new model or keep mine for another 20 years...

Hopefully, the Tacoma doesn't go the way of the GMC Canyon. The 2023 Canyon is an off-road truck in every trim with only one powertrain, one cab, and one bed length.

Will the RWD model offer enough power to be useful?

All these corporations care about is profit even Toyota.
They have to make a profit to stay in business but I am against price gouging the consumer. I am afraid some dealers will charge BS add-ons in order to make Market adjustments I refuse to pay Market adjustment.
