TRANSMISSION GOT STUCK IN SECOND GEAR ⚙️

One morning I left my house, traffic was very fast on the avenue, I looked at a space and got in but I didn't imagine that my Tacoma would get stuck in second gear, I got nervous because the cars behind were about to cause accidents, and they almost hit me, It didn't change into third gear and on the next street I parked to see what was happening, but nothing could be done, it only ran in second gear.

In my case my tacoma 4gen it's not in the TSB VIN LIST.
What is the real problem with tacoma 4gen transmission? Any ideas?

They replaced new transmission in 6 hours which is crazy how fast was it, and I'm still wondering because it makes something like hit 80% when i put it in reverse.

This happened at 2100 miles

Not codes in the screen, i just noticed before this happened but dealer couldn't find anything at the time.

At this time i have only issues when i put in reverse, it makes like a hit and some issues like not holding setting in screen and is breaking it self when is reading cars in-front.

that definately doesnt sound good, but it doesnt really sound like what other people in the TSB have run into.

what exactly is it doing in reverse? Not quite sure I understand, its stopping randomly? like the sensor thinks something is in the way?

Im sorry for the confusing words.
Im saying the toyota found the my truck needs needs transmission and they replaced in 6 hours.
I don't know how fast is to replace the whole transmission .

Well i know it was in second gear because RPM, engine sounds and I put it in manual and it didn't change.

I dropped my taco right away by 8am the day.
they found out by 11am the we have to replace the transmission, but they don't have any in stock, but they found one at the next toyota dealer.
They replaced the transmission next day from 8am to 1:30pm
