What do I need to make sure is IN the truck that I should be getting ?

What do I want to CHECK on the truck to make sure it’s all good to go for my thousand mile drive back home ?

It’s been 12 years since I bought a new Tacoma… I know I’m going to be excited…

Mine (off road) had the front license plate bracket in the rear under seat storage, JBL removable speaker, pig tails for AUX switches, were in the center console and receiver hitch pin in the glove box.

They tried to send me off without floor mats. Long story short, I left with floor mats. And a free meal at the cafeteria for the inconvenience.

Tires were at 37psi, checked the oil, drove 1050 miles to my brothers changed the oil recharged my tank drove the other 1300. Zero problems.

On the top of the truck there is a mounting point on each corner for a roof rack. They are covered with a plastic strip. Make sure you have all of them. Mine was missing the one over the driver door, which I'm still trying to get from the dealer since May.

Driver side above gas pedal check for crack in AC or dripping on foot by gas pedal. I got lucky my truck was dripping but not cracked it was condensation so lucky!
