hate being that guy, @Gfenza89 and @Slappy (Gotta explain your screen name “Slappy” lol). Whether we like it or not, unless you mod or just unplug these crappy features, you’re stuck with them. People on here when I first posted, know I have endured cancer 3x and dual organ transplant so being jostled around with the auto brake function (precollision avoidance) and lane departure assist, regardless of having to turn it off every time I drive, can get nerve racking. I finally had enough of it and disconnected it but as soon as I lifted my 4G, it went away bc it didn’t recognize the height change. Now that I have the Heritage grill coming, they sent me a resistor so it will plug into the harness so it will think it’s working but won’t send any MIL/CELs so it’ll help tremendously.

safety sense & parking sensors are completely different systems
parking sensors are the small circles & then there is the radar sensor in the grill rectangular shaped box that makes up part of the safety system you quoted as does the camera in my windshield
I have the safety sense system in my RS5 I never said I did not have it . I don't have those parking sensors on my truck bumpers .
They are $$$ costly as heck if you get in accident almost doubles the repair costs on bumper replacement .
