Yes. I pulled the one I had in my 3rd gen and slapped it right into the bed of my new one the day I picked it up. I’m assuming you’re referring to the ones that fit on the accessory rails in the bed.

I did have to trim the ends once I installed the bed cover though, just a heads up.

Thanks so much for the response. Your setup is EXACTLY what I'm wanting to do. What "ends" did you have to trim to fit the tonneau cover?

So once you install the bed cover (at least with the OEM or Bakflip versions which are very similar to one another), your accessory rails will get bumped inwards by a 1/2" or so on each side to accommodate for the mounting brackets that attach the cover to your bed. The bed divider sits in brackets mounted on each of the accessory rails which allows you to reposition or re-orientate the divider. Once the bed cover is on, you will need to trim the ends of the divider (the ends that sit inside of the brackets) so it will fit. You can trim about a 1/2" off each end with a bandsaw or even a hack saw, and the bed divider will work exactly the same as before. They're aluminum too, so you shouldn't need to be concerned about corrosion or anything like that, but if you're anal about it, you can always get some black paint to cover up the ends where you cut the metal. Here's a picture to help explain what I'm talking about:

The OEM tonneau cover:

Cut the end of the top rail of the actual divider that sits in the mounting bracket. This is the part of the divider that has the T-slots in it. You don't need to modify anything else like the brackets, but note the size of the knob close to where the bed cover support struts are (these are the things with the little red tab on them... more on this below):

The tonneau cover brackets will also lower the accessory rail by about an inch, but there is still enough room below the divider to move it freely (I even have a bed mat in mine, and there's plenty of space). In the picture above, you can see the white paint from my bed where the accessory rails used to sit and you can kind of see the aluminum mounting bracket (for the bed cover) behind the big adjustment knob for the bed divider.

My only minor complaint about the setup is the knobs for the divider can get in the way of the struts which hold the bed cover upright when fully opened. You can also see this in the photo above. If you keep your bed divider closer to the cab, that big knob won't allow the support struts to snap into the clips that hold them when they're not in use. Fortunately, my bed divider spends most of its time closer towards the tailgate (I think this is how most folks use them anyway), and the spot that I have it sitting now is just about as far in as you can go before the knob gets in the way of how/where those support struts get stowed. I suppose it'll be different on yours with a longer bed, but the issue will still likely be there without modifying the knob to make it smaller (definitely a feasible solution). I keep my spare tire in the bed on the "cab side" of the divider because I don't like all the mud that cakes up on it when it's stowed under the truck, but I have plenty of room in my short bed for it.

Sorry, I know I'm probably making this sound a lot more complicated than it actually is lol, but I think it's a slick setup. Tons of options for keeping stuff secured and tied down. The divider itself can be customized with all kinds of accessories for mounting things like jerry cans or tools, and it's pretty sweet for what it is. Plus, you still have more space on your original bed rails if you wanna add any other compatible items. Anyway, hope this helps!
