Cannot open the windows without engine re-start

Driving Learner's question.


I still can open the windows for a while though I shut off the engine.

But as time passing by, I cannot open the windows without engine re-start.

Is there anyway I can open the windows without turn on the engine ?

For other my old cars that I drive before, I could open the windows if I turn the start switch a little, not fully.

Hit the big red button twice without your foot on the brake.

If you keep your foot off the brake, hit the red button twice and your screens will come on and you can open or close the windows.
