Greetings

I finally pulled the plug and ordered a SE cover for a 2024 Sport, taking advantage of the small Black Friday discount. It should be shipped Jan 5. I have read the installation instructions but am not able to find any quality installation videos. Anyone aware of a step by step video out there?

I ordered an HD cover from their "sale" as well. Have you found any dimensions on the panel sizes?
I have not seen exact dimensions. Just looking at the pics, I would estimate the center section to be one foot and each panel to be 2 feet for the five foot bed. Good question.

I’m a complete dumbass with installing anything (like really dumb) and I found installing the HD to be easy with the paper instructions they provide. Just give yourself an afternoon, take it slowly, and find a helper for when you need to lift and align panels and tighten them down.

Here’s my review of the cover:

Awesome. can you please measure the length of front panel by the cab. I have a bed/chase rack on order that's 31" and I'm really hoping to keep it off the middle panel.

I can measure all 3 panels for you - lengths I’m assuming not width? And how will the chase rack fit with the DB?

Yes length, thank you.
Im going to mount this on top of the DB.

For underneath I went with a low profile sliding tray. I will have full bed access for gear with a few bikes/motos/paddleboards/snowboards up top.

Thought I would drop in here in case anyone is looking for a full bed rack to go with their Diamondback Cover. Our racks are one of the only that still allow you to operate the cover even with the rack loaded down.

The feet go under the cover and bolt to the utility rail.

And over the bed cap? That’s nice. How much weight can it take safely. And do you have different designs? I’m just looking for something to attach traxis boards and Jerry cans to

Under the most extreme off-road situations the rack can handle 1000lbs static, 250lbs dynamic. You can check out all of our different configurations here: https://gettrukd.com/collections/bed-racks

They all work with the Diamondback, but the lower racks may limit how much you can open the cover. Our racks adjust in height every 2".

For the overlander - can you switch the Molle panel to the passenger side? Looks very cool just a fair but pricey

The Overlander can be set up in either position. We try to stay as competitive as we can on pricing. The modular design, stainless steel construction, and all USA sourcing makes it a fairly expensive rack to produce compared to some of our competitors. I'd love the chance to quote you, we do forum discounts. Though we should probably move any further questions to email or PM to keep this thread on track!
