I have anticipated this and have purchased a cut of 3m ppf to put on that area. I need to make a template and get it done before my wheels get here

I weighed the bronze wheels at just over 33 lbs each. I also had the opportunity to weigh the 18" OR hybrid wheels since I was sent those by mistake, and they were nearly identical weight-wise (I think @Lando was interested in doing this potentially). The tires that you select are likely to have a much bigger impact on gas mileage than the weight of the wheels themselves, but it all adds up.Did you by any chance throw them on a scale?
I have the Trailhunter wheels on the way, I got the peak 1 inch spacer lift I’m going to install, went with 275-70-18 tiresOk cool. Yeah, I went with 275/70R18 tires, which are 33.2" diameter, so I think they're gonna be tight. The spacers might give me a little more breathing room, but I intend to install the wheels first to see how it goes.
Nice! I haven't yet decided to install a lift. If I do, it will be the wescott lift when I also get their rock rails.I have the Trailhunter wheels on the way, I got the peak 1 inch spacer lift I’m going to install, went with 275-70-18 tires
I bought the 1.25" front leveling kit from Peak and never installed it. That size tire is almost perfect for these trucks on the stock suspension. I kind of like the rake on these trucks as they sit, so I didn't really want to install the spacer lift unless I needed to. I'm really considering one of the new Fox suspension kits that just came out, but that's a big spend. Maybe in another year or two... we'll see. Congrats on the wheels! You made a good choice.I have the Trailhunter wheels on the way, I got the peak 1 inch spacer lift I’m going to install, went with 275-70-18 tires
PT280-35221-5F and no, they don't come with the wheels and must be ordered separately.Do these come with center caps or do I need to order them separate? If separate does anyone know the part number? Sparks parts just called and told me they’re in stock and I can pick them up in the morning since I’m local.
Thanks I just ordered. Hopefully they are in stockPT280-35221-5F and no, they don't come with the wheels and must be ordered separately.
They look great on your truck and considering doing the same with either these or Pro wheels. Do you find you're getting much overspray or rock chips with the tires sitting 1 3/8" further out. My concern was with gravel overspray when I'm on local logging and fire roads. In the photos the +20 offset appears to have 3/4" or so of tread past the factory flares?
Yes, there's considerably more. I just ordered the wider mud flaps and also some rock sliders with top plates from westcott designs so I'm hoping that will be enough to solve the the problem. If that doesn't solve it then I guess I'll need to get the wider flares. They look great on your truck and considering doing the same with either these or Pro wheels. Agreed. The added poke inevitably causes more stuff to fly onto the sides of your truck. I added some rock sliders with kick outs towards the rear that have helped a lot, and also the ARK micro guards that also help to add a little protection. If you run sliders or running boards, these will definitely help to protect those rear fenders, but there are a ton of mud guard options out there as well to consider.Yes, there's considerably more.
